Some service updates from our development team:
- There was an issue where going to the podcast feed, and clicking on the Episode Page link didn’t take you to the Hipcast Podcast Directory page for the episode. That has been corrected. In developer speak: “Fixed RSS annotations to correctly link to Podcast pages in when someone browses your RSS xml.”
- Corrected an issue with the Release Date and Time for each podcast episode. Default time zone has been set to US Central Time.
These features will be coming soon:
- The ability to set your own default timezone for all of your podcast episodes in your account.
- Unreleased episodes (those with a future release date) will be highlighted so it’s easy to tell which episodes are not yet released, per your selected release date and time for the podcast episode.
